It may often seem that plumbing problems happen at the worst time, you can almost guarantee that a cracked pipe or unlit boiler on a freezing cold winters' night. In the Spring and Summer, we're hopeful for the warmer weather, however this doesn't mean that you'll be free from plumbing issues.

Just because it's getting warmer, this doesn't mean that we don't need a bit of help with the
heating every now and then. You may need additional warmth in the morning, and you'd struggle to make it through any day without hot water. So, breakdowns in the spring summer can be just as inconvenient as they are during the winter.The warmer months give you the opportunity to give your entire system a professional makeover and maintenance check. You can make sure that the heating you rely on, come the colder months, is ready for action, as well as make sure that it won't let you down in the meantime.
Washing Machines
Without thinking about it, you can do more washing when the weather heats up, children are experts when it comes to finding mud or dirt and more time playing outside means the more opportunity to find the mud and dirt. So, your washing machine may find itself under worked and underappreciated, regular machine maintenance of the machine by a professional plumber will involve careful checking of the machine and the pipes. This will ensure that when you need your washing machine the most, it won't let you down.
Pipes
Bacteria, dirt and waste inside pipes can smell horrific, but when coupled with warm temperatures, it can be even worse. If there's little water passing through the pipes, because of the drought, then the bad smells can linger. If leaves or soil happen to fall in, they can quickly create a blockage which will need a professional opinion to not only get the pipe back to full working order, but to eradicate the foul odour.
